Founded in 2010 by Colonel (Retired) Dave McNeil, Hannah Solar Government Services (HSGS) is a renewable energy company with core expertise in providing energy solutions for a variety of requirements, and has developed a world class level of expertise in many areas of renewable energy. We are a solar PV project Developer and an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm specializing in the development, design, installation, and maintenance of solar PV energy solutions. These solutions are site specific solar PV installations for commercial, government, and utility clean energy applications.
HSGS is Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, made up of a team that is over 30% veterans. We have completed work across the United States, as well as overseas for a variety of clients, for both the government and commercial clients. Colonel (Ret) Dave McNeilChief Executive OfficerCOL (Ret) Dave McNeil has overall responsibility for all of Hannah Solar Government Services manpower, work products, quality, and financial matters. Dave has extensive experience planning, supervising, conducting, and evaluating government facilities. He oversees all marketing, sales, installations, and operations of HSGS business with government agencies as well as commercial agencies operating on government installations. Dave is a retired US Army Colonel with 40+ years’ experience in management in the US Army and the solar photovoltaic industry. His management experience includes logistics, operations, training, facilities engineering, and Base Operations Management. Dave was the Commander of Fort Dix, New Jersey supervising over 10,000 personnel, managing a $250M annual budget, supervising over 6,000 military and 1,000 civil service personnel, $6.2 billion dollars of infrastructure, and over 33,000 acres of land. He supervised program managers of facilities construction, maintenance and master planning in addition to the program managers for police, fire, environmental, information technology, facilities management, training, personnel, and logistics.
